* Wilson Environmental has prepared SPCC Plans for hundreds of facilities and can provide you with a detailed cost estimate to prepare your SPCC Plan. Costs for preparing a Plan can be as low as $1,500 with a typical Plan costing in the range of $2,500 to $3,000 depending on the complexity of the site. Larger facilities and multi-job site facilities may be able to save money with a Multi-Site General Plan. According to the regulations, a Registered Professional Engineer must examine the facility in order to certify the plan. In some cases this will involve additional travel related expenses.
