Clay-based Wastewater Recycle System

Our unique clay-based wastewater recycle system offers an effective alternative to wastewater recycle. Please call for cost and other information.

Flow Description

  1. Wastewater is fed into holding tank
  2. Level control turns pump on when holding tank reaches high level
  3. Pump feeds the 3 mix tanks
  4. Auger feeder adds treatment powder to first mix tank (level control also turns on feeder)
  5. Wastewater is clarified and solids are flocked as it flows through the mix tanks
  6. Treated wastewater is gravity fed into deep bed filter where the paper filter material separates the treated water from the flocked solids
  7. Treated water is collected in clean water storage tank where it is used for recycle or discharged to sewer by a sump pump
  8. Flocked solids are collected on paper filter material. When solids build up on paper, it is indexed and discharged into a waste hopper
